– participates in the development of the rules and regulations of student behavior

– provides guidance to and informing all pupils about the school rules

– organizes  and conducts studies to identify the needs of the local community through interviews, surveys, conversations and events

– organizes charity events (fairs, concerts, contests): organize and coordinate the social practices of the students

– organizes the work of  clubs

– conducts surveys regarding the interests of students, study groups

– assists the organization of new clubs with according to interests of the students

– involves students, teachers and parents in clubs` work

– identifies children with difficulties in learning certain subjects

– conducts analysis of reasons through surveys of students, parents and teachers

– organizes extra classes and consultations for students
