Moreover, students were interested in which city’s volleyball team she would have supported if she had not been from Ust-Kamenogorsk. To which Olga Sergeevna replied:

  • I am always for sports. When I watch sports competitions I root for a spectacular game. So it does not matter what city or country you are from, but what is really significant is to demonstrate the audience maximum sports training.

As part of the traditional blitz poll “San saualga bir zhauap”, to the host’s question “In your opinion, what characteristics can be learnt from young people?”, she answered “Thirst for exploring new things, readiness for self-development, and living life to the fullest here and now!”

Janelle Tokan, an 11th grade student, spoke on behalf of the NIS students in Ust-Kamenogorsk and presented Olga Sergeevna with a memorable gift.
